Hotblasting / Hot Zinc Spraying / Powder Coating

Our in house finishing plant comprises:

• Blasting
  A method of cleaning new or old parts of rust and grease, allowing us to apply a top coat with ease. We can blast lengths up to 5metres long x 5metres wide and 4metres high
• Hot Zinc Spraying
  One of the processes that we can apply to parts after they have been blasted. This is a great process for external structures such as architectural metalwork. May be applied before powder coating to ensure extra protection from future rusting.
• Powder coating
  A great way to finish of your products. With a unlimited choice of BS and RAL colours, powder coating is an alternative to wet spraying, is extremely durable and chip resistant.
